About The Position
Full-time Occupational Therapist position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, approximately 30 hours per week with no weekend rotation required. Role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing rehabilitative services to residents requiring short-term recovery or long-term care support. OT will focus on improving functional independence, safety, and overall quality of life through individualized therapy interventions.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license required in the state of practice.
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills required.
- Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
- All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire.
