Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service and administrative experience
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
  • Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
  • Ability to communication, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to members and branch staff by resolving inquiries related to teller functions, deposit products, and account processes.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of deposit products, services, and core systems to accurately assist with account maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support and process all aspects of IRA and HSA programs, including member inquiries, transfers, rollovers, tax form reviews, and compliance tasks.
  • Facilitate teller and deposit training, including preparing training materials and delivering presentations for Member Service functions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies by following established procedures, documenting member encounters, and upholding security protocols.
  • Deliver excellent member service through timely, professional phone support, taking ownership of issues and ensuring positive member experiences.
