Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading multi‑unit foodservice operations.
  • Proven success in P&L‑driven, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong history of building high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and adapt to change.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to excellence, service, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple campus dining operations with $28M+ in total managed volume.
  • Maintain excellence in quality, service standards, and financial performance.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement regional policies and procedures.
  • Monitor account financials for budget alignment and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in the sales process to support new business acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve client, resident, and associate concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives across all units.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a highly effective management team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure strong leadership pipelines.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and growth opportunities to managers.
  • Conduct regular unit visits to monitor operations and compliance.
  • Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Uphold an exceptional level of customer service and hospitality.
