Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts beyond addition and subtraction.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of most commonly used business systems and software applications in addition to Windows Office and how these systems relate to business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Validates order and shipping documents for review.
  • Retail Customer Service – timely and effective communication to FF sales staff and clients
  • Communicates consistently with the transportation department to track shipments and shortages.
  • Verifies export files and/or research in Main Frame computer system to ensure system matches shipped orders.
  • Assists with claims and researching POD’s and any additional documentation.
  • Supports several order entry positions.
  • Covers the Front desk during absence and lunch breaks.
  • Cross-train in other positions within the department
  • Other duties as assigned.
