About the role We are looking for a highly analytical Paid Social Media Manager to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of our social media strategy. This role is rooted in data‑driven decision‑making, with a strong focus on paid social media advertising—driving measurable impact on business outcomes through platform optimisation and cross‑channel integration. What you will do As a strategic partner to regional and cross‑functional teams, you will own the development and optimisation of our global paid social program, ensuring it is fully aligned with growth objectives and performance benchmarks across both the upper and lower funnel. You will also be responsible for setting the strategic direction for our global social channels, ensuring content alignment with regions and mapping communication to business priorities. You will play a key role in connecting our brand with global audiences, driving performance across both direct‑response and brand metrics, and ensuring our media investments are effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
