About The Position

As we enter our next phase of growth and increase investment in paid social, we’re looking for a Media Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will own the planning and execution of paid social campaigns in partnership with our agency, driving customer acquisition while optimizing for long-term value, and not just short-term efficiency. You’ll blend creative thinking, analytical rigor, and experimentation to shape how Chime shows up across paid social platforms and how we scale sustainably. You’ll work closely with partners across Brand, Creative, Analytics, Media Strategy, MarTech, and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform efficiently, and continuously improve. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $83,000 and up to $115,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a data-driven growth or performance marketing role focused on paid social in a B2C environment (brand)
  • Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, with a track record of creating, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns
  • Ownership experience managing $3M+ monthly budgets with accountability for CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and LTV
  • Strong understanding of mobile acquisition measurement, including MMPs, SKAdNetwork, attribution, and bid management
  • Experience building and operationalizing creative testing pipelines
  • A strong owner’s mindset - you dig into details, solve complex problems, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • The ability to independently pull data, build reports, and communicate insights clearly to cross-functional partners

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with both mobile and digital media acquisition on paid social is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and X in partnership with our agency, driving customer acquisition at scale while maintaining strong CAC and LTV:CAC performance
  • Manage and scale monthly budgets ($3M+) with accountability for efficiency and incremental growth
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate clear creative hypotheses, prioritize production, test creatives, and interpret and share out results
  • Build and execute structured testing programs across creative, audience, bidding, and funnel strategies
  • Partner closely with Creative, Analytics, and Product to launch and scale new offerings, including full-funnel media initiatives
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations that influence strategy
  • Refine and automate reporting processes to enable fast, confident decision-making with minimal support
  • Contribute to the evolution of paid social from a performance channel into a durable, high-impact full-funnel media growth engine
