About The Position

Credo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our People Operations & Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across three specialized functions - Payroll, People Operations, and HR Technology, all within a single internship. You will work directly with team members in each area, contributing to meaningful projects that impact how we manage, support, and empower our workforce. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and comfortable working with data and systems. You will gain exposure to real HR tools and processes, including our HRIS, benefits platforms, and payroll system. Hourly Pay is $20. Summer Internship will start May/June. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with HRIS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, or SharePoint is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support data migration efforts and assist with a personnel file audit, including scanning, organizing, and uploading paper documents into our HRIS platform.
  • Test key workflows in our HRIS (onboarding, offboarding, platform adoption) and provide recommendations for configuration improvements.
  • Perform data review and cleaning tasks within HR databases and systems.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits-related projects, including data gathering and basic analysis.
  • Support the update of the Benefits and Payroll (US) resources and publish to our intranet - your fresh perspective will be a real advantage here.
  • Learn and help create/maintain processes and procedures of documentation, including written and recorded documentation of operational tasks.
  • Support general HR operations projects as needed across the broader People Operations & Technology team.
