About The Position

The People & Culture Intern will join our rapidly growing team for the Summer of 2025 (June - August). They will be responsible for a broad range of tasks supporting the People & Culture team but will primarily be focused on overseeing the project management of our teams’ key initiatives. This role will play a critical part in driving People & Culture’s transformational efforts by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field
  • Currently enrolled in an undergrad/graduate degree program
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Able to work onsite 2 days in our NYC office
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
  • Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous data management experience
  • Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
  • Identifies and analyzes problems, develops solutions and shows good judgment about which solutions will work

Responsibilities

  • Develop the structure for a weekly executive readout of our functions keys projects and initiatives, leaning on best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Support general HR tasks alongside the project, such as:
  • Assisting onboarding/offboarding documentation
  • Manages files to new system databases
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the People & Culture, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Partner in driving change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes, systems, and initiatives across the organization.
  • Facilitate frequent and effective communication and collaboration across project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and status reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance our team’s operational efficiency and effectiveness.
