Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, focusing on treasury, capital markets, or financial analysis. Experience in fintech or structured finance is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong Excel skills. AI enthusiast is a plus
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech or structured finance is a plus.
• AI enthusiast is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank reconciliations related to our product, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of cash flows.
• Manage loan amortization schedules, track payments, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and contractual agreements.
• Work closely with various teams to gather data and insights, supporting informed financial decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
