We offer hands-on help to address chronic homelessness, mental health, substance abuse, disability, and systematic poverty by offering innovative solutions and proactive services to the most vulnerable in Schenectady County. We provide integrated primary care and behavioral health treatment programs and assist with providing access to financial and educational resources where applicable. The Residential Operations Manager oversees daily operations of the agency’s residential housing programs, ensuring safe, supportive, and well-managed living environments for residents. This role serves as a key connection between residents, frontline staff, and leadership while promoting stability, safety, and program compliance. The Manager supervises Building Monitors at 917 State St. and Front Desk/Security staff at 834 State St., while also providing direct case management support to residents. This position participates in the agency’s on-call rotation. This is an onsite, full-time (40 hr/week), exempt position Salary : $70k-$72k based on individual skills and experience Schedule : 8:00 am - 4:30 pm This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who is passionate about creating safe housing environments and supporting individuals on their path toward stability and independence.
