As a Sales Manager, SMB (North America), you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue across Deel IT’s SMB segment. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll combine people leadership, pipeline generation, and operational rigor to scale a high-performing sales team. You’ll work cross-functionally with SDRs, Core AEs, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive consistent pipeline and revenue growth. You will play a key role in embedding Deel IT into Deel’s broader go-to-market motion, ensuring strong attach rates, high win rates, and a world-class customer experience.
