As Manager, SMB Sales at Scribe, you will lead and develop a high-performing, fast-paced team responsible for converting inbound demand and outbound opportunities into new SMB customers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment , loves coaching in real-time, and knows how to build repeatable, efficient sales motions at scale . You’ll manage a team of SMB Account Executives selling into small and mid-sized businesses ( <1,000 employees) , where success depends on speed, sharp qualification, and consistent execution across a high-volume funnel . Your focus will be on: Driving pipeline conversion and deal velocity Building repeatable playbooks for PLG-assisted sales Coaching reps on discovery, demo efficiency, and closing discipline Ensuring forecast accuracy across a high-activity environment You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Growth, RevOps, Product, and Enablement to optimize lead flow, improve conversion rates, and continuously refine the SMB sales motion.
