About The Position

As Manager, SMB Sales at Scribe, you will lead and develop a high-performing, fast-paced team responsible for converting inbound demand and outbound opportunities into new SMB customers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment, loves coaching in real-time, and knows how to build repeatable, efficient sales motions at scale. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Growth, RevOps, Product, and Enablement to optimize lead flow, improve conversion rates, and continuously refine the SMB sales motion.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience leading an SBM Sales team, including direct people management of at least 7 AE’s and hiring in a high-growth environment
