As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will greet visitors, manage access control, verify credentials, and support a welcoming arrival experience. You will monitor lobby activity, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Staff the front desk to control access by greeting entrants, confirming identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination.
Monitor lobby and reception areas for unusual activity, assist with maintaining orderly traffic flow, and report concerns to site contacts to help to deter unwanted activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.
Operate front desk systems such as phones, radios, alarms, access control, and visitor management logs, and complete shift reports and incident documentation as required.
