To sustain this momentum, our Learning & Development team within GCS Sales Enablement is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and management of high-impact learning solutions for our commercial sales organization. This role will combine learning design with content governance and inventory lifecycle management. You’ll oversee the content management strategy, own the content renewal pipeline, and refresh legacy materials to ensure all learning assets remain timely, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.
