About The Position

Clyde & Co is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-7 y ears of experience to work with Trial and Defense practice. The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills and will be proactive, motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

J.D. 2021 - 2023
Admission to practice in Massachusetts
Excellent academic credentials
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly

Admission to additional New England bars is preferred

Responsibilities

Taking depositions, attending hearings, and attending mediations as required
Drafting pleadings and briefs
Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients
Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
Drafting interrogatories and document requests
Reviewing document productions
Submitting filings to the court
