About The Position

The Master Scheduler, Sr supports TSA’s Trusted Operations, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, Assurance, and Technology (TOMCAT) operational continuity, service excellence, security, and adaptive IT/OT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with seven (7) years of related experience. OR
  • Proficient in scheduling methodologies applicable to government acquisition programs, with experience in either traditional or agile development/acquisition approaches.
  • Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include utilizing Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA), adhering to TSA policy.
  • Actively participate in program meetings, gather schedule inputs from product offices and functional leads, and present schedule products to stakeholders.
  • Independently lead the development and maintenance of complex IMS schedules and TSA TOMCAT programs.
  • Provide expert analysis of the critical path, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Responsible for ensuring schedule data accuracy and consistency, and for presenting schedule information to TSA TOMCAT leadership in support of key decision-making processes, including Acquisition Strategies and Program Baseline development.
