The US Oncology Network is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Strategist (remote) to join our team at Texas Oncology. This is a remote position, it is strongly desired that the candidate reside within Texas. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Strategist with 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceuticals. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at identifying niche talent, building long-term pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to influence hiring outcomes. You will play a critical role in developing talent strategies that support organizational growth and innovation.
