Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling systems and standard computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, dealership, or luxury retail environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Coordinate and manage service appointments for our clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of service department resources.
  • Client Communication
  • Confirm appointments, provide service reminders, and keep clients informed so they arrive prepared for their visit.
  • Follow-Ups
  • Proactively follow up with clients to confirm, adjust, or reschedule appointments and accommodate special requests.
  • Issue Resolution
  • Quickly identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected issues to minimize disruptions and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
