Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Creates demand in-store, by developing marketing strategies and programs that will influence shopper behavior and stimulate Category/store demand. Partners with the Customer and Field Teams to develop and deliver integrated Customer Business Plan based on strong shopper insights. Ensures strategic alignment between Consumer, shoppers, customer and Clorox objectives. In this role, you will: • Engage our People as Business Owners Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. • Lead innovative marketing ideas and generate business results: Integrates knowledge of Clorox/Brand objectives, customer strategies and consumer/shopper insights to develop customer specific strategies and business building programs. Partners with Field/Customer Teams to lead Customer specific marketing plans that are integrated into annual Customer Business Plans. • Contribute to Shopper Marketing capability building: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization. Cultivates agency/vendor/marketing partner relationships to ensure consistent high quality work. •Drive Shopper Marketing efficiency and ROI: Plans, manages and tracks budgets to ensure effective and efficient spends. Refines strategies/plans based on pre/post event analysis.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 3-5 years of CPG Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing (at top tier CPG company or Agency) and/or 6-8+ years of Consumer Products Sales experience
  • Previous experience with interpreting shopper data to develop business strategies.
  • Strong Marketing, Consumer and Shopper knowledge.
