Purpose of RoleThe Sr. Lead, Digital Commerce Operations is responsible for driving the digital commerce operating model and leading a targeted set of highly complex, visible cross-functional initiatives across the digital ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of Technology, Creative, Marketing, and Commercial teams, this role translates strategy into execution through clear project plans, operating rhythms, and governance. It ensures alignment to commercial priorities, delivers operational efficiency, and drives visibility, accountability, and execution against Long-Range Plan (LRP) revenue goals.
