About The Position

As a Talent Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of training initiatives that support organizational and Partner growth. This role ensures projects are prioritized, measured, and aligned with business goals, while maintaining adherence to internal governance frameworks and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to enable smooth implementation of programs. The Project Manager will collaborate across teams to ensure learning solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. This role plays a critical part in aligning departmental efforts with organizational priorities, ensuring that learning initiatives contribute to overall business success. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • Working knowledge of project management processes and tools
  • Organization skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
  • Work extended hours; sit for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage smaller scale projects, and support aspects of the project deliverables for multiple concurrent projects
  • Supports definition / management of project scope, schedule, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Develops work estimations
  • Ensures project documentation
  • Supports / may determine project deliverables (e.g., plans for communication, risk mitigation, resources, architecture, implementation, and quality)
  • Monitors project status; communicates expectations and status to team and stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Develops / supports stakeholder relationships, partnerships to ensure project success
  • Supports the development of and advises on change management plans
  • Gains exposure to professional services / technology contracts and contract management to achieve project outcomes and deliverables
  • Supports the facilitation of working sessions with stakeholders; provides post meeting summaries of key action items, decisions
