As a Talent Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of training initiatives that support organizational and Partner growth. This role ensures projects are prioritized, measured, and aligned with business goals, while maintaining adherence to internal governance frameworks and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to enable smooth implementation of programs. The Project Manager will collaborate across teams to ensure learning solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. This role plays a critical part in aligning departmental efforts with organizational priorities, ensuring that learning initiatives contribute to overall business success.
