About The Position
Highlight is seeking a Technical Lead as a SME resource to oversee long range planning for a customer within HHS, leading complex technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 8 years' experience managing/leading technology for a complex project(s) within HHS (CMS preferred)
- Experience managing DevSecOps tasks
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Leads HHS technical teams, providing strategic oversight and guidance to multiple and complex projects
- Drives contract innovation, providing recommendations for contract issues involving current technology, methodology and tools
- Provides oversight to DevSecOps tasks
- Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.
- May provide program management duties, as required
