About The Position

You'll dive deep into the world of cloud technologies, crafting personalized outreach strategies that resonate with top-tier technical talent. From identifying hidden gems in the talent market to guiding candidates through a seamless interview experience, you'll be the critical link between exceptional professionals and transformative technology teams. Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Strong understanding of technical role requirements in cloud and data technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
