About The Position

We're seeking an exceptional Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our AWS
Database & Analytics team's talent strategy. You'll be the catalyst who connects

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier
technical talent for our rapidly growing database and analytics services.

personalized outreach strategies that resonate with top-tier technical talent.
From identifying hidden gems in the talent market to guiding candidates through
a seamless interview experience, you'll be the critical link between exceptional

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• Strong understanding of technical role requirements in cloud and data technologies

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive recruiting strategies for senior and principal-level technical roles in database and cloud services
• Design and execute targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
• Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand complex technical requirements
• Craft an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our commitment to professional growth and innovation
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine recruiting processes and strategies
