About The Position

- The purpose of the Utility Fill In Rover at The Beasley Group is to help out all over the mill by working in different positions. You'll be cleaning up, helping machine operators, and building and putting together mats when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in a sawmill or similar setting
• Previous experience in a physically demanding role
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic mechanical skills to assist machine operators
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Nice To Haves

• GED or high school diploma

Responsibilities

• Move around the mill to fill in various roles as needed.
• Assist machine operators by providing support and ensuring smooth operations.
