Provide high level of people operations support to distribution center manager(s) including but not limited to the duties listed below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. New hire candidate pre-selection / setting up interviews Complete onboarding processes for all new hires Provide daily P&A (Productivity and Accuracy) data to each operations management team Act as front-line liaison with staffing agencies Play role in annual safety / security audits documentation / records retention / annual safety video compliance Other duties to be assigned to fit changing business needs Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to organize and prioritize. Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software: including Excel, Word and Email. PPT Needed Attributes: Ability to change assignments on short notice. Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the company. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
