The Deal Desk Manager is a mid-senior individual contributor role that owns our quote-to-sign process and helps reps close clean, scalable deals. This role sits within Revenue Operations and is a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance. You will run the day‑to-day operations of our deal desk, support complex deal structures, and drive clarity and rigor in how we price, structure, approve, and contract revenue. You’ll combine strong commercial judgment with process and systems thinking to make deals faster, less risky, and easier to manage downstream. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Deal Desk or RevOps background in SaaS who is comfortable shaping both strategy and execution in a high-growth, high-ownership environment. You will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product Marketing. This role is hybrid out of our San Francisco office. Three days a week is expected (M/T/Th) with occasional travel for team onsites, trainings, etc.
