This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop broad operational and strategic experience within the company. The CEO’s Executive Assistant helps translate key priorities into coordinated action across the organization—driving alignment, supporting decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution of key projects. In addition to managing complex executive logistics, the role also leads company-wide communication efforts and culture-building programs that strengthen engagement and reinforce GMR’s values. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, with exceptional judgment, discretion, and has the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-moving work environment.
