About The Position

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is accepting applications for the Occupational Therapist position for the 2026 Extended School Year (ESY). The ESY will once again run to meet the mandates of any and all IEP needs and be administered from June 2, 2026 through June 29, 2026. Staff will be selected based on the enrollment and IEP needs of the students in grades Preschool and Kindergarten through 8th grade. One positions needed, roving among sites. Must be available to work every day of the assignment. DETAILS FOR THIS POSITION: OPEN TO CURRENT FUESD EMPLOYEES ONLY APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 20, 2026 - 4:00 p.m. LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 1 Prep Day on 6/1/2026, 19 Instructional Days, 6/2/2026 - 6/29/2026 , 5 days/week, Monday - Friday, Non Work Day 6/19/2026 WORK SITES: Rover MCC, FSA, & SOS WORK SCHEDULE: 5 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday - Friday, Hours 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., (Roving among sites based on student enrollment needs) EXTENDED YEAR SUMMER PROGRAM: 6/2/2026 - 6/29/2026 SALARY: Occupational Therapist Salary, $63.84/hour REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: The ESY Occupational Therapist provides assessment, consultation to parents and teachers, and/or direct treatment for children with disabilities conditions for preschool - school aged children as part of a multi-disciplinary team; prepares records and reports; performs related work as required.
