About The Position
Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is accepting applications for Special Education Program Assistant II positions for the 2026 Extended School Year (ESY). The ESY will once again run to meet the mandates of any and all IEP needs and be administered from June 2, 2026 through June 29, 2026. Staff will be selected based on the enrollment and IEP needs of the students in grades Preschool and Kindergarten through 8th grade. Must be available to work every day of the assignment. DETAILS FOR THIS POSITION: OPEN TO CURRENT FUESD EMPLOYEES ONLY APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until Fill LENGTH OF WORK PERIOD: 1 hour of prep time on 6/1/2026, 19 Instructional Days, 6/2/2026 - 6/29/2026, 5 days/week, Monday - Friday, Non Work Day 6/19/2026 WORK SITES: FSA, MCC & SOS WORK SCHEDULE: 5.0 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm EXTENDED YEAR SUMMER PROGRAM: 6/2/2026 - 6/29/2026 SALARY: Special Education Program Assistant II - Step 7, $26.31/hour REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: The ESY Special Education Program Assistant II assists in the care, supervision, and learning activities in the classroom and on the playgrounds; perform routine clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel, and to do related work as required.
