About The Position

Capitol City Ford Greenfield is looking to immediately add a talented Finance & Insurance Manager . An F&I Manager will Assist the department manager to lead and direct the sales staff Help our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively close deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Completes paperwork accurately Ensures prompt funding for all contracts Your abilities will be rewarded with a HIGHLY competitive commission pay plan a full insurance package 401K w/ employer match paid vacation & holiday time Plus, you'll benefit from the stability that comes from almost 4 decades of sustained growth! Requirements

  • Finance experience is a plus
  • Relationships with local banks a REAL PLUS!
  • Previous Automotive Sales RECOMMENDED
  • Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus
  • A team-player attitude focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self-motivation with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • The ability to “close" and the desire to succeed
  • Professional appearance
  • A clean criminal record& drug test
