Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager plays a critical role in dealership profitability by delivering compliant finance solutions, maximizing product performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Automotive F&I Manager required
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (OFAC, Red Flags, TILA, privacy laws, etc.)
  • Proven track record of financial performance and ethical sales practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products in a transparent, ethical, and compliant manner
  • Structure and submit deals to approved lenders to obtain competitive financing terms
  • Ensure all F&I transactions comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Accurately prepare, review, and finalize all finance and insurance documentation
  • Maintain strong PVR, product penetration, and chargeback control
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with lending partners
  • Collaborate with and support the sales team to improve deal flow and compliance
  • Stay current on manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, and regulatory requirements
