Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality management is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and sales collateral.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in sales calls, trade shows, and industry events to promote the hotel and its offerings.
