Hartford HealthCare’s Ancillary Application Team is expanding to meet growing organizational demand and support strategic IT initiatives. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Application Analyst to support, enhance, and help implement clinical and business applications across the enterprise. This role plays a key part in delivering scalable technology solutions used across hospitals, institutes, and specialty care areas. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, an understanding of technical infrastructure, and experience supporting healthcare applications. This position offers opportunities to work on high‑impact projects—including modern platform upgrades, enterprise migrations, and cross‑functional initiatives—while contributing to continuous improvement across the system.
