As a Technical Trainer, you'll own the entire training lifecycle, from start to finish, including Trainee’s knowledge retention and sales performance. This means you'll assess what our teams need to learn, develop compelling training materials, coordinate logistics, deliver engaging sessions, and continuously monitor and evaluate their effectiveness. Your comprehensive programs will cover essential areas such as enterprise software systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Webex, and Google), specialized welding processes, product/gas applications, advanced sales techniques, and critical safety training protocols. A key part of your role involves working alongside upper management to analyze data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You'll be crucial in interpreting training effectiveness, identifying trends in learning outcomes, and pinpointing areas for improvement based on concrete data. This collaboration ensures our training directly supports broader business goals and drives measurable improvements across the organization. This dynamic position also includes managing, coordinating, and delivering training for a diverse range of personnel, including our Customer Service, Distribution Center (DC), and Sales teams. You'll expertly juggle multiple concurrent training schedules, ensuring all teams receive timely and relevant instruction. As you grow in this role, you'll continuously develop your expertise to facilitate training for intermediate and advanced users, becoming a true subject matter expert.
