The Technical Trainer is responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on all Castle Group proprietary software platforms, participating in planning sessions to understand upcoming features and updates. The role will involve not only designing and delivering training but also facilitating workshops and advocating for our technological products across the organization. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding for all users. The Technical Trainer provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
