About The Position

The Executive Assistant is a multi-faceted and high performing role sitting within the Office of CEO providing direct administrative and calendar management support to the CEO + CFO while also working closely with and supporting the entire G2 Executive Leadership team. This role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, anticipates executive needs, and manages multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency, and is expected to be available outside of normal working hours for critical, time-sensitive support for the CEO and CFO as they arise. This is not your typical administrative role: it’s a true strategic partnership with two of G2’s most visible leaders, ensuring they stay focused on the highest-impact work both inside and outside the company. This role is a key part of the executive leadership team helping us achieve our PEAK vision and business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and in operating roles in a fast-paced high growth tech company environment
  • Proven track record of supporting senior leaders with complex calendar, inbox, travel, and communication needs
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands with agility
  • Ability to understand full company business strategy and context to help prioritize CEO and leadership activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and voice for executives, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and the ability to quickly learn and adopt company-specific systems and tools (Slack, Salesforce, Navan, etc)
  • Discretion, professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline processes, anticipate needs, and drive greater efficiency and proactivity in executive and team support
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships across leadership, employees, and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbox management; draft, send and reply to emails with professionalism and a tone aligned to the CEO’s voice
  • Provide full calendar management for the CEO ensuring prioritization, proactive scheduling, and seamless coordination of complex internal and external commitments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage end-to-end logistics to ensure a frictionless experience
  • Draft, proofread, and help manage executive and team communications, presentations, and other materials with accuracy and impact
  • Work with sales team to support customer meetings, including agenda creation and briefing materials
  • Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and administrative systems for the CEO
  • Coordinate with marketing team to effectively manage CEO’s social media, speaking engagements, interviews, podcasts and all other PR related activities
  • Manage CEOs LinkedIn message inbox to reply with CEO tone and judgment
  • Provide calendar management for the CFO ensuring prioritization, proactive scheduling, and seamless coordination of complex internal and external commitments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage end-to-end logistics to ensure a frictionless experience
  • Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and administrative systems for the CFO
  • Own and execute weekly ELT meeting agenda, track weekly actions items and ensure deliverables are being executed
  • Coordinate in person Executive Sync Weeks by managing agendas, logistics and alignment on sessions for G2’s leadership team ensuring effective time management
  • Collaborate with Chief People Officer + CFO to plan agenda for November ELT offsites and own logistics (breakfast / lunch / dinner / activity planning)
  • Coordinate logistics for September in person board meeting
  • Manage external calendars and commitments with entrepreneurial family companies by coordinating across the multiple organizations, ensuring there are no conflicts between G2 and external obligations
  • Ensure CEO has detailed pre-reads and briefings for all board meetings, advisory calls, and investor check-ins
  • Assist CEO in managing spouse and family relationships including scheduling personal activities to fit in with the work scheduling
  • Maintain a clear and compliant separation between G2 business and external responsibilities, while ensuring the CEO’s schedule, workload, and availability are balanced appropriately
